You were always happy to talk to us and advise us about the repair work and the challenges that a 100+ year old villa could present.

Prior to starting the build, you provided us with a month-by-month spreadsheet for your work and the work of your subcontractors. Giving us timelines of expected work and a transparency of financial information. We could then change/amend costs which helped us to stay within our projected budget.

We have also appreciated the conscientious and generous approach to finding solutions to any post repair problems that have occurred.

We arranged Simon (Builderz Ltd) to carry out alterations to our kitchen/dining area. This involved removing a wall, re-gibbing, and replacing the ceiling in preparation for a new kitchen. Simon carried out the work to a very high standard and we were particularly impressed with his attention to detail. He realised the kitchen company had made a mistake in their measurements so corrections were made before the kitchen was installed which saved problems down the track. Simon listened to what we wanted and gave us excellent advice which improved our original plans. He also was an asset with helping us deal with other tradesman on site.
